We Are a Bulk Billing Clinic

We offer bulk billing for patients with a valid Medicare card.

Overseas Patients
Patients with eligible overseas health insurance may be billed directly to their insurer. Some Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) and Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) policies may attract an out-of-pocket fee of $22.40, depending on the insurer and level of cover.

Patients without Medicare or Health Insurance
Patients without a valid Medicare card or eligible health insurance will be charged a private consultation fee based on the applicable Medicare rebate amount.

Services That May Attract a Private Fee
Some services are not bulk billed and may attract a full private fee, including certain vaccinations, procedures, iron infusions and other non-Medicare or privately billed services.

Our reception team will advise you of any applicable fees when booking where possible, or following your consultation where the fee depends on the service provided.

Cancellation Fees

If you fail to attend the appointment, please cancel or reschedule , if you book appointment online, you can cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email or Healthengine app. Please note cancellation fee of $50 may apply if you cancel less than 2 hours prior to your appointment or fail to attend your appointment. This fee must settled prior to seeing any doctor.

Telephone/ Telehealth Consultations;

Please note Patients visiting the Practice are given priority, therefore no Telehealth/Telephone appointment will occur at a specific time. Telehealth/Telephone appointments are conducted between appointments at the convenience of the Practice.
